Accessibility Statement

ZSL Betreibergesellschaft mbH attaches great importance to ensuring that our website is accessible to all people, regardless of physical or technical limitations. Our measures are based on the requirements

• Barrierefreien-Informationstechnik-Verordnung (BITV 2.0) and
• internationalen Richtlinien der Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1) Konformitätsstufe AA. 

Most of the content is already presented in an accessible manner. The navigation, structure, and layout of the website are designed to enable easy use and unrestricted access to information, regardless of the device used.

We see accessibility as an ongoing process. We are therefore continuously working to identify and remove existing barriers to constantly improve user-friendliness and enable everyone to have equal access to our online services.

Colour contrasts

Individual elements of the website currently have lower colour contrast than required by the accessibility requirements of WCAG 2.1, conformance level AA. This design complies with the binding specifications of our corporate design, which defines certain colour and design elements. Unfortunately, adjustments are therefore not possible at present without violating brand-specific design guidelines.

However, we are reviewing how future design choices can be better aligned with accessibility requirements.
